Refund policy

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 2-week (14-day) free trial. You add a card when you start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial, in Settings > Plan, and you will never be charged.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged and change your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. This applies to monthly and yearly payments, including renewals.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time in Settings > Plan. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, unless the law where you live requires it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@noolyai.com from the address you signed up with, or use the link in your Stripe receipt. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Who processes payments

Our order process is run by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for all our orders (through its Managed Payments service). Stripe handles payments, taxes such as VAT, receipts and refunds. Your rights under the law where you live are not affected by this policy.
